Delivery and payment terms

CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE:
The prices shown in the webshop are valid for collection at the Seller's premises.
At the Buyer's request, the Seller delivers the goods to the Buyer by courier service.
In all cases, the shipping costs incurred are borne by the Buyer.
In the case of delivery by a courier service commissioned by the Seller or the Buyer, the transport risk is transferred to the courier service upon handing over the goods, and then to the Buyer after receiving them.
Failure to meet the delivery and performance deadlines is force majeure – caused by an unavoidable cause beyond the scope of the service provider's operations (e.g. acts of war, sabotage, riot, bomb attack or other emergency, natural disaster, fire, work stoppage, bomb threat, as well as those authorized under the National Defense Act measures made available to bodies) - and for all other circumstances not represented by the seller, the seller assumes no responsibility.
The Buyer is obliged to make sure that the goods are intact when receiving the goods. If the product is collected from the courier of the Buyer's parcel delivery company, it must be checked at the place of receipt and any damage must be recorded in the courier service's protocol. 
If the product is received in person at the seller's warehouse, the product must be checked on the spot at the time of receipt at the warehouse. The seller assumes no responsibility for damages that occurred subsequently or that were not documented upon receipt.
If the Buyer requests delivery of the product at a time other than the delivery period specified in the terms of use, and as a result it is not possible to record a handover report, the seller does not make any guarantees or warranties.

Delivery fees per value limit

Free delivery conditions:

Delivery within Hungary is free of charge for purchases over HUF 20,000.
Picking up the purchased product(s) in the store is free of charge, regardless of the value limit.

Paid delivery conditions:

Under a purchase value of HUF 20,000, delivery within Hungary is HUF 1,890.

PAYMENT TERMS:

The compensation is settled on the basis of an invoice.
As a rule, invoicing is done by cash, cash on delivery, or bank card.
Different payment terms are provided in each case on the basis of an individual assessment.
 
The payment is considered completed when the relevant invoice amount is credited to the seller's cash register or bank account. In the case of payment by credit card, it is considered fulfilled upon successful bank confirmation following the payment. The goods on the invoice remain the property of the seller until the invoice is settled.
In the case of sale with retention of title, the ownership of the product does not pass to the Buyer until the full purchase price is paid.
Based on all of this, until this date, the Buyer is not entitled to dispose of the product, except for its use.

If, contrary to this, he still has control over the product in any way (sells it, damages it, encumbers it, puts it into use, etc.), he is obliged to bear the civil and criminal consequences of this.
On intra-Community sales, the Buyer is obliged to declare and pay the VAT according to the laws in force in his country of declaration.
